Italian painting, signed and dated 1970. Oil on masonite artwork depicting a large, striking female nude. The painting is adorned with a simple wooden frame with some minor signs of wear (see photo). The painting is signed Vellani Marchi (see photo) on the lower left, attributable to the painter Mario Vellani Marchi (1895-1979). Authentication is missing.
The back features references to the art galleries that exhibited it and a stamp bearing the inscription Fondazione Vellani Marchi Archivio No. 1125. This artwork is part of a triptych (see photo and request the price for the whole set, if available), for antique dealers and collectors. The painting unfolds vertically, with an elegant pose of the naked girl against a light background. In good condition. Internal dimensions: H 119 x W 79 cm.
