Antique 17th-century Spanish painting. Oil on canvas artwork depicting a religious subject, from the Gospel of John, Jesus Healing the Blind Man. A small, horizontal painting, the depth of the landscape is pleasing, with a view of the city on the left and a glimpse of a castle with a bridge over the river on the right.
In the foreground, the painter depicts Jesus placing his right hand on the blind man's face. A few figures nearby witness the scene (see photo). The painting has good luminosity and has undergone conservative restoration, relining, replacement of the stretcher, and restoration of the color in some areas (see photo). In good condition.
