Venetian bureau from the mid-20th century. The furniture is curved front and sides, veneered in walnut, burl, maple, and fruitwood. The bureau desk has three generously sized external drawers and a fall-front. The interior includes four small drawers, a central door, and a writing surface of a reasonable size and function. A beautifully sized and well-proportioned living room or study furniture, ideal for antique dealers and interior decorators. Complete with a working key, it shows some minor signs of wear. The bureau is in overall good condition.
