Great mid-20th-century Italian frame. A high-quality, exceptionally large carved and gilded wooden piece. It can accommodate a painting or mirror with maximum dimensions of 112 x 158.5 cm. An impressive, large-scale piece that can be hung either vertically or horizontally (with the addition of a hook). Structurally sound and solid, it shows minor signs of wear that only add to its charm. A fabulous decorative piece suitable for antique dealers and interior designers; in good condition.
